Thanks nibler, I should have thought of Nourishment! I used to have a few cans in my locker at university in case of late nights.

Also In regards to the “thick it.” that stuff is basically pure Maltodextrine which is pure carbs. It does in fact raise glycemic index and therefore can aid in weight gain. As well as giving it to people who have swallowing problems. Just to add that.


If that's all Thick-It is, almost may as well just get pure maltodextrin powder for much cheaper, right?

That is, if someone wants to go that route.

I have tried gaining weight using Boost VHC. Aside from the cost, I didn't like all the sugar content.

I prefer gaining subcutaneous fat, which is why I'm gaining weight exclusively with heavy whipping cream.
