Clothes padding

I have tried clothes padding before, even with pillows. But it doesn't look real to me. How do you pad yourself to look FATTER?

It's a bit complicated to explain, startig i would just add a pillow to the belly and on for the butt. But over time the desire to make it larger and more realistic made me think of ideeas to make it bigger or more realistic, sculpting the body to desired shape trough trial and error. Just recently i made some experiments and i am pleased of how they turned out so i will experiment with mixig my old design and the new one done with thing i had on hand and do a good fat suit when i can buy things that i need.

I don't mean to plug my own stuff, but I made this video a little while ago to show how I do it. Generally I go for realism over size (this video is not too much bigger), but that's only because I'm limited by what I have. If I had the equipment I'd do this process but way bigger.
