For Christmas Eve I had a potato crusted salmon with cole slaw. For Christmas Day I had lamb chops with sauteed Brussels sprouts steamed in wine, and pan-roasted potatoes and leeks.
For New Year's Day I will have some sort of pork, some side that has black-eyed peas in it, and some sort of green, probably cabbage. Because some variation on that is what I always have.
