I think it's to do with likes on your pictures x

Yep, it's a karma/likes meter that shows the total amount of likes on someone's content such as photos and videos. 1 filled droplet = 50 likes. If you hover your cursor over someone's row of droplets, you'll see how many likes they have.

It's in regards to profile karma, how much you have posted on the site sections, how many likes etc..

However we are doing a site update soon and this feature will no longer be used.
