10,000 calorie challenge

Did 10.000kcal once. It was very erotically and i really stuffed my face. I ate a whole big bar of marzipan for baking for example.

I visited my long distance feeder for an intense 4-day weekend. One day we kept track. IHOP had unlimited pancakes. I kept eating and she kept ordering pancake refills and shoveling them to me. Balanced with butter and syrup and sausage and coffee with lots of cream. Based on the IHOP menu, that one meal was 14,000 calories over about two hours. By the end, the whole restaurant was watching me like it was a show.
Unbelievably, my feeder took me to Shoney's for a buffet supper afterwards and several thousand more calories!

What's the specific challenge? If it's in a meal I haven't tried that and not sure what meal would work for that, for a day? Definitely done that. Although now I'm feeling 10,165 calories isn't enough.

For your basal rate you might calculate it as your weight times 13.

for me, 265 x 13 = 3227 cal a day

this is kinda typical ... I am super active so 265 x 15 is probably more accurate.

I thought you had to eat 20 times as many calories as what you weight in pounds so 250 pounds x 20 would be 5000 calories a day: said by a body builder in 2013

I’m not looking to build muscle. I want to gain fat. I’m looking to be 600lbs by the time I’m 30.


I know that I'm just saying I got that from a body builder and it works to gain fat.

In 2013 I went from 182 pounds too 224 pounds in just 4 months fast!!
