It is a show where extremely fit personal trainers agree to take a journey with their overweight clients. I forget the exact time frame so I'm just going to pick an arbitrary one for example, might not be right, but basically the trainers have like 5 months or something to stop exercising entirely and to just pig out like crazy and gain like 50 pounds. Then once the trainer is nice and fat, they meet their clients again and start the workout routine to lose weight together. It's intended to help the clients by demonstrating that getting fit can be achieved even if you're already fat, and not that it's "easy for the trainers to do/say because they're already fit or have been their whole lives". Puts the trainers in the client's shoes and makes it difficult for both of them
Honestly that sounds like it can be a positive experience. Does it humble the trainers and teach them that losing weight isn't easy when the stamina isn't there. At least i hope its not a negative one D:
