Fat experiences

I’m shopping atm and I’m wondering if there’s a significant difference on the bloat you get when you make a cake shake between cake mixes. I’ve heard yellow cake works for a lot of people, but we’re wanting white and funfetti. Can anyone clarify if there’s a different in bloat with mixes?

I tried a plain yellow cake mix once and wasn't a fan. It tastes fine in small amounts, like scraping out the bowl, but in a shake I'm not sure how people stomach more than a few mouthfuls.
