I‘ was lurking here for a while and read about the effects of heavy cream and since I yoyo‘d back from my original goal of losing weight, I got into that gainer phase again and doubled my breakfast and increased in snacks and portions to use that momentum. Since it‘s still kinda lockdown, now is a good opportunity to experience being fat and lazy because in a few months I will be much more active again, cycling to work etc and probably lose it all.
My original goal was getting down to 100kg (220lbs) at 2m (6.6ft) height with a starting point of 110 (243). I got to 112 (247) and at this point I secretly added 400ml HC with 30% over the course of the day which seems tolarable for my body to digest and yesterday was the fourth day.
The effects are like I read here in the forums:
As soon as after day 1 my belly felt different. More squishy, sagging a tiny little bit. After day 3 I felt my hip jiggling a bit and my butt filling out my pants. While sitting I can feel the cold metal of my belt knuckle on my belly and when tying my shoes it goes beyond that.
For someone who is not used to this sensation, it‘s really exciting to feel such changes. I managed to gain some muscles and visceral fat, but never did I feel kinda squishy. Awesome!
Today morning the scale said 114,3kg, so a gain of 2,3kg (5lbs) in just 4 days which got me confused. That would mean I gained almost an 1 lbs per day???
So, what do I do now… My stash will last for another two days.
I‘m not sure whether I should add another week and maybe even increase the amount to 600ml per day or back out before more „damage“ is done… hard to tell.
I‘m curious about the delayed weight gain I‘ve read about. If it‘s true then after one or two weeks of blowing up I will still continue blowing up? The inner feedee/gainer is turned on. The reasonable person in me is scared
