For a bit of background in case it helps- I'm a very tall, fairly thin woman (6'4 180lbs).
I'm going to have a little over two weeks to myself soon, and I'm planning to try a pretty intensive heavy cream regiment. My current plan is start with drinking a pint spread out into smaller amounts each day. This would add about 1500 cal (I currently eat somewhere between 2000 and 2500). If I handle that amount well I'll up it as much as I comfortably can handle.
I realize that two weeks isn't long enough to see a ton of weight gain, but I was just wondering: for people who have done this, will I be able to see results in this amount of time? If yes, what can I expect?
