gets captured by an evil organization and is brainwashed into becoming a fat evil girl with brightly colored hair?

There are two ways to go with this dynamic. The sadistic, where she's broken, and the hedonic, where she's made to do what she wanted all along in the secret recesses of her heart. It just depends on how cruel you want to be.

(I shouldn't have said two -- you could have her resist and slowly realize that she's being fulfilled or have her think she's getting something she desires only to find she doesn't like it and it's too late. Or...)
