www.deviantart.com/hanzelshelper does decent male work and does have commissions tho idk if/when they’re open.
It’s tough to find someone who a.) can do what you want b.) is open for a commission and c.) can do it in your price range.
I had a sequence done earlier in the year (of which my avatar is a panel from) and I lucked out finding the artist, but they have since removed all their art from their DA page.
