I’ve noticed lately I’ve been feeling really down on life and Really the only thing that makes me happy is food… i really don’t know exactly why I’m not feeling all happpy nothing necessarily happened it’s just kind of feeling down all the time and I’m eating non stop. Don’t get me wrong when life going good I’m eating as wel but not all day while I’m awake o literally am lifting something on my mouth every second lately.. last night i ate 3 pizzas to myself… and then half a bag of chips til i fell Asleep. Anyone have any tips on how to feel better or does anyone wanna help me and give me some words or encouragement i promise I’m a fun person !
