Fat experiences

Hi. I am looking for plus size jeans for a friend who has really big hips and a smaller waist.
I do not know her jean size but I know her measurements

56" waist and
92" hips

I have gone into all the clothing websites but when I look at the size charts, none go up that high.

Does anyone know a site where I can shop a size like this?

Sounds like she will need custom made. She might be better off wearing a dress (muumuu).
