Has anyone tried the “fat bomb”?

Since I‘ve never been really fat, feeling a layer of fat for the first time and seeing some very little skin irritations from stretching was a huge deal.

Maybe I‘ll continue today, not sure if I have acclimated myself with having a belly that can‘t be sucked in anymore just yet.

Thank you for the concern I'll be careful and take it slow. I've tried having snacks inbetween meals and not exercising for months without having any success so this is the only thing left to try. I'd do heavy cream but due to my current circumstances I can't. I'll continue with having snacks inbetween meals and not exercising of course but I'll add having olive oil as well. I'm looking to find a way to gain weight as fast as possible with what I have available which is why I want to do it and I'm hoping I can get at least 1/3rd of the results PartTimeFeedee got.

I'm not having a huge amount of success with my gain, so take what I say with a grain of salt, but you could try increasing your peanut butter consumption. You could keep a jar or two of Peanut butter (beqa or whatever you have up there, if they have cheaper more fattening stuff) hidden pretty easily for a fair while. It would be less gross and more likely to be absorbed than straight oil. I did try olive oil with followed a milk/ thickened cream mix for a few days and it wasn't pleasant, not to mention if I kept it up it'd be difficult to explain to my family members where all the olive oil disappeared to.

Personally hiding peanut butter is harder than having to worry about my family wondering where all the olive oil disappeared to but I think the advice is still good. I don't see why not do both. I don't consume that much olive oil at once anyway so I can add it to food that goes well with it and I could do the same with peanut butter.

It‘s really hard to pinpoint it on the oil alone since at that time I counted calories with an app and I was overshooting it anyways.

However, when Oil entered the szene it went a bit different. It acted like a fat booster, if you will.

I went through many gainer phases with varies of success and higher calorie intake plus HC or oil worked best to really see some tangible results quite fast.

If one looks at the stats, 100ml of olive oil has the same amount of calories than a frozen pizza or a box of some cookies.

Right now I‘ve stopped because of clothes and not feeling confident to continue although my gf seemed to like it.

I might add though, that doing oil is really the easiest way to add calories secretly. It‘s done fast and olive oil is unsuspicious.
Buying HC and disposing it felt weird.

Doing things in secret to my partner is probably not the right thing to do, but I‘m waiting for a reaction to see if she generally likes me with extra chunk or not. If it would turn out to be the latter, confessing a feedee or gainer kink would probably be a showstopper anyways. So far it‘s working, but I think I have to wait a bit to get used to my body. Change can be scary.

To sum things up, I‘m no expert, each body is different and it‘s hard to isolate the effect of oil. All I can say is, it worked for me, for the first time in my life I feel fat and different.

Maybe I can gather some courage to pick things up where I left them, but right now I‘m on hold-position.

Would it work? Yes. Would you also have the squirts, fatigue, and general feelings of blah? Also yes.

If you do this, don't do it on an empty stomach. You need to eat a lot to make sure the oil doesn't completely run though you. High levels of oil can have a laxative effect.

I also do not recommend going this for long periods of time. It will spike your triglycerides if you do. A week or two won't kill you. But it *will* knock you on your butt.
