Gaining again?

Most certainly. Go slow. Keep your strength up. Protect your knees. Eat quality food. And above all, go to the doctor regularly.

The last thing you want to be is old, sick, and fat. Not a very good quality of life at that point. And even if you get down to a healthier weight, some of the damage is irreversible (i.e. the knees).

Slow and steady wins the race...so to speak!

I wonder if my gain will look different this time. Or if it will still mostly go to my gut.
