Do other people find belly fat get bruised easy, I got one and I am not sure how.
Some medications can make you bruise more easily, especially blood thinners. There's some other health issues that can cause frequent bruising as well. If It happens frequently, especially on your belly and other parts of your torso, it might be worth talking to your doctor to make sure there isn't anything more serious.
