For real if I lived in the Star Trek universe all I'd do is sit by the replicator all day, ordering savoury and then sweet and then savoury etc all day until I went to sleep.
And with all their medical technology and free care, you could probably find a likeminded doctor willing to give you an XL stomach, and whatever you need to stay healthy and keep gaining...
