Based off a post elsewhere, take a normal weight for your height. How many times over do you weigh? For example, I'm nearly 3 times a normal weight of 140 for my height of 6'2".
Healthy for me would be a max of 174 pounds and a BMI of 24.9. I currently weigh 435 and have a BMI of 62.4, putting me at about 2.5% heavier than a "normal" person of my height.
Well, let’s see here… I am 6’3”, for me the ideal weight is 152-199lbs. Currently, I am 234lbs with a bmi of 29.24. Which would then make me 35 pounds over what is considered the maximum “norm.”
