I'm not exactly sure, but I would say lift weights and do nothing else exercising, and then eat a lot of fast food for visceral hard fat.
As an athletically thick person, I would not do this.
Find out how many calories you burn, and eat over that amount.
Eat a high protien diet. With pleanty of carbs.
Focus more on strength training than cardio as cardio burns fat. (Still do it for your heart health.)
Understand you cannot get strong fat quickly. You will pull something and land yourself in the hospital. And this is coming from a 5'7" 168 lbs muscular martial artist.
