Best ways to gain ?

I’m currently 100 trying to gain but I need tips other than just eat bigger amounts. Food suggestions, times to eat , etc ..

Best ways to gain ?

If your body is able to handle dairy well, then milk is great. Drink a tall glass of milk or chocolate milk with every meal if you can. Make sure you have plenty of snacks to eat while doing things around the house. Chips and sweets are great. I’ve also heard some claims that soda is great for increasing your appetite.

If you are like me when I started my own gain, then your metabolism and your capacity are going to be a problem at first.

Eat small, frequent meals throughout the day. Plenty of snacks too. Also, drink your calories. Juice, soda, smoothies, shakes. Whatever you like.

Also, work on increasing your stomach capacity. Start off with a weekly stuffing or bloating session. You can increase the frequency as you get more comfortable.

But most importantly, have fun. Do not get so caught up in your goals that you forget to enjoy the journey.

If it feels like work, you will not enjoy the process.
Find food that you personally enjoy or have cravings for.
Eating when you are at peace or needing to feel peace or escape.
Ordering from that restaurant reminding you of simpler times when friends/family were all able to spend time/be together.
Making time when hearing the Mr. Frosty or Ice Cream Truck jingle, rainbow pop, icee, slush puppie or other childhood favorite.

If it feels like work or you get tired of it...the more likely you will not want to do so, unless forcing yourself hence feeling like work.
