Gaining

Did i gained a lot or not ?

Quink333:
So i was on vacation for past week. It was all inclusive and feedee friend of my encouradged me to eat alot. I ate like never before, i was constantly stuffed, I only had greasy or sugary food, only drink cola.

Today i weighed myself and find out i gained 3 kg over one week.

Friend told me it's alot but to me it seems like nothing. Tbh i don't really have consept of how much it is or not. I only now found out how hard it is to eat 5000 calories.

Is it alot or not ?

So, objectively speaking, 3 kg (appox 6 lbs) is a lot of weight to gain in a week. For context, doctors recommend losing no more 1 kg (approx 2 lbs) for healthy weight loss.

Now, around here, 3 kg doesn't seem like much. And in a way, it really isn't. It's about the same weight as a newborn baby. But that adds up over time - quickly.

It really scared me at first, i thought i'll gain 1 kg max, so it was quite suprise but than it felt like nothing.

Overall i feel like i'm losing control and don't know if it's arousing scary 😭😩

If your profile is more or less accurate, then you are on the low end of being overweight. You're in the more forgiving part of your weight gain journey.

I bring this up to say now's the time to decide what kind of gainer/feedee you want to be. There's no one way to do it. You just have to decide what makes you happy.

My only advice is to take care of yourself. Nothing will cap a gain and take the fun out of things like health issues. I know you'll be doing that to some degree based on the advice others and myself gave you in another thread, but I cannot stress enough for important it is.

So you say it's better to gain slowly and healthy than fast ? Sorry tbh my english is not the greatest

You are fine, love. No need to apologize. Your English is better than my Czech.

It is because it's more sustainable. It gives your body a chance to adjust, a chance for your mind to adjust, and is kinder on your wallet.

It also gives you time to enjoy the gain, make decisions on how much fatter you want to be, and deal with and complications you might encounter.

Don't get me wrong. Rapid gains are hot. But they aren't sustainable. MochiiBabii is a good example. She started out at about 177 and got to well over 300 lbs in 2 years. But recently she went on break to deal with her mobility issues.

Oh yeaa i understand that. The thig i fear the most is I have really extrame fantasies and very little will power. I've been addicted to masturbation for 3 years now and can't stop even if i really try to. I'm scared i'll lose control in my horny haze.

I sometimes get really axious and diagusted by my fetish and wish to stop engaging on it.

It is just really confusing for me

This used to be me. Not so much the weight gain thing. If I get horny, I lose my appetite and Idk why. But I identify with everything else.

At some point, I realized I was masturbating as an emotional crutch. Once I dealt with the root of the problem, the shame went away. I still engage in sexy times and kink. But I am no longer ruled by it and am much happier.

Oh i wish to end up like this. I'm depressed and my coping is masturbation, it's geting worst and worst these days, my addcition and my mental health. I hope i'll find piece one day like you did
You may benefit from a psychologist or a therapist.

Like I said, once you deal with the root of your issue, you'll feel better.

My depression came from unresolved trauma and being in a toxic situation. It took me a while to deal with that - mostly because I was dealing with it on my own - but in the meantime, I found other ways to cope with my pain.

I have a lot of hobbies. So, instead of being horny, I'd do one of them. I'd force myself to spend time with my friends and surround myself with people who'd tell me the voices in my head were wrong.

It takes time, and everyone heals at their own pace. But there is hope for you.

Thank you for this, i needed that. I think gaining might not be best for my rn. I need to get myself together. But thank you for your help i really apriciate it.
You are very welcome. Any time, love.

Remember, the most important person on your gaining journey is you. It doesn't matter how long or how short your journey is. It doesn't matter how you go about it either. The most important thing is that you are happy and safe. You don't owe anyone anything.
