Dip your snacks in a rich sauce or dip and boom, effortless calories! I found a couple on this recipe blog that are absolutely delicious and super easy. Mix stuff together, refrigerate for a few hours, devour.
Boom Boom Sauce: Creamy, slightly sweet, and a little spicy.
Copycat Raising Cane's Sauce: Creamy, savory, tangy, peppery, and SO GOOD. I make a double batch, bump the Worcestershire sauce up to 1 Tbsp total, and double the dry seasonings from what a double recipe would call for. The end result isn't authentic Cane's sauce but it sure is good. Any Cajun or Creole seasoning will do, I use Louisiana Fish Fry brand and it tastes fantastic.
