It's not really an appetite stimulant, but maybe a cake shake. Tried it a few times. It's hard to explain. First you don't wanna eat by any means, but after some time you get hungry as always. The thing is, that you don't get satisfied. You just eat and eat and eat. Don't know why that is, but some people said it and I kinda have to agree with them.
