pretty firmly a 6. thought somewhat of a 5, but not quite. belly sits in my lap and chairs are tight from my thighs.

I'm either a 7 or an 8, trending toward an 8, since stairs have to be done carefully and have hand rails. My 50+ inch belly remains solidly distended even when empty.

I’d split the difference and say you’re a 5.5
Too big for 5 but too small for 6 (for now)
