BBQ as in grilled or BBQ as in BBQ sauce, coleslaw, mac and cheese, piles of meat, etc???

Of course not. There is a spectrum where alcohol and sugar overlap, where food is druggy and drugs are foody and barbecue is a hardcore drug. Or as the missus told me after I made some, "I hate barbecue. It shrinks the meat and I eat all of it."

I love BBQ.
I tend to think grilled or smoked would be healthier than fried.
