How can i get so stuffed i fall asleep after?

I’ve tried stuffing myself beyond my limit, sometimes I run out of food, other times I’m literally too full to continue. I want to be literally struggling to stay awake after and feel incredibly full and satisfied. Idk if I can eat maybe thicker foods like but burgers or something, but is there anyone that can give me advice?

It's not so much how much you eat as it is what you eat. When you eat something, your body diverts blood to your digestive tract to help process the food. And the more help your body needs in processing the food, the more blood gets diverted there. This is why many people have warm bellies and feel sleepy after a stuffing.
