How fat can you be before you need oxygen support. I guess it’s very individual and effected by other conditions and age. But just interested if it has likely weight?
I'd say most likely it's over 600 with healthy lungs. But if you've got lung issues already it's probably possible much sooner. Your weight would just compound the existing issues.

It depends. When I first became obese in my twenties, I needed oxygen while I slept and that was almost at 500 pounds.
Andromeda: Im 450-ish, and I get out of breathe every time I walk more than 20 feet, but I haven't needed oxygen yet. I imagine that might change with another 50 or 100 pounds.
