So the limits for messaging via the inbox is 5 chats in a 24 hour period. This means you an reply back and forth unlimited with 5 different users.

The limit for private chats in the chat room is 15 in a rolling 24 hour period. There are no time limits for being in the chat room so you can stay in main chat as long as you like, and have private chats as long as you like the limit is based on amount of private chats.

If you have been blocked by a member you are permanently blocked unless they decide to unblock you.
