Dairy fats tend to be really good forgaining subcutaneous fat, so things like heavy cream, milk etc. are good. Good home cooked food with plenty of vegetables and fibre is also good, especially with lots of carbs like pasta, rice and potatoes, you just need to eat a lot of it. Get yourself used to going back for seconds thirds and fourths to keep that tummy stuffed.

Also try to avoid foods that will give you visceral fat, so fast foods, highly processed foods, high sugar foods, foods with a lot of trans fats, alcohol etc.

Regular light to moderate exercise will also keep visceral gains lower as visceral fat is burned much quicker than subcutaneous fat. Some light cardio like daily walking or regular swimming will help.
