Doctor's visit

Doctors know a lot so it’s worth taking their advise but if the doctor is just telling you the problem is that you’re fat without treating you like they would any other patient is asinine and frankly a waste of everyone’s time. Just get a second opinion, if you’re in pain it could be serious.

Mooidik:
I had to go to the doctor today for my stomach and ribs, he said I had to lose weight because I have problems because I'm too fat, I don't think I'm too fat yet.. how do you do that? I immediately went to eat a pack of cookies!..

I wanna know the root cause of your issues. Was the only diagnosis "you're too fat"? Because that's a piss poor reason. A lot of overweight and obese people do not get the medical care they actually need because too many doctors only focus on their size. Often times, the problem isn't their fatness, but something unrelated.

I completely agree

Mooidik:
I have stomach problems (heartburn) and my ribs hurt. he says it's because i'm fat (but i don't think i'm fat yet!)

Assuming your profile is correct, you are fat. Your profile says you are 5'10" and 284 lbs. This makes you morbidly obese. The reason why you don't think you are fat is that this is considered small by feedist standards.

Your heartburn can be triggered by your obesity, but that does not mean it caused it. Check out this link for more details:

If it turns out your weight actually causes your heart burn, you will need to make some choices.

As for your ribs, I'm not feeling satisfied with that answer. I do not understand why your weight would cause your ribs to feel hurt. Did the doctor say why?

Hm ... I wonder how much of this is due to regularly stuffing yourself versus you having an excessive amount of visceral fat.

Mooidik:
I really don’t know

Okay. How regularly do you stuff yourself? And how much do you eat in a sitting? What sorts of foods do you stuff yourself with? What kinds of things do you normally eat?

Mooidik:
some weeks more than others. not done for the past 3 wks and yesterday again!
sometimes 2 liters of custard and a pack of biscuits, or 7 hamburgers from the mac.. but mainly sweet things..and when I feed myself it's as soon as possible.
anyway my normal food .. fruit and vegetables .. but always a pack of cake extra

The average stomach can hold about 1 liter in volume. It sounds like you've more than doubled your stomach capacity. This is, of course, assuming you are eating this in one sitting and not doing an all-day stuffing. If you are eating this in one sitting, you've probably pushed yourself too much and strained your body.

I'm curious if you've experienced any level of relief since you've taken a break from stuffing yourself.

With that said, I would get a second opinion. You are morbidly obese, but that alone shouldn't be the reason your diaphragm is stretched out of shape.

I used to do 2 liters of custard very often! also once 3 liters to then I was nauseous..
yes i am trying to raise my stomach capacity! but mainly because I really want to get fat..

if I eat less I have more stomach acid!.. and because I have eaten less in recent weeks I feel less happy.. and immediately lost weight..

okay maybe I'll ask for a second opinion .. thanks! .. and morbid obesity that's not how I feel Myself

It's better to have small, frequent meals throughout the day rather than massive stuffings. Then, over time, increase your capacity.

As to combating your stomach acid, bread helps soak that up. Don't overdo it with the bread. That's how you get constipated. But it will help.
