How is cake shake affects stomach?

I'm feeling that this is expanding inside of me, really love this.

Is it making gains with heavy cream faster? Heavy cream is full of fats, and cake mix is full of carbs - dream weight gain shake?

It depends how much you can handle. My limit was an entire box and made me hate cake for a week. There’s a bunch of recipes on the site that will help you.

I replaced the fruit and power with boost very high calorie. I couldn’t fit my work pants for a month. But know your limit. The body can only take in so much calories before it starts going out of you.
