Mix it with whatever you like - ice cream, cake mix, brownie mix, syrup, juice, anything really. Experiment to find what you like and what makes it easier to drink.

Honestly, the most fattening mix will probably be the one you find the tastiest and easiest to drink. If you really enjoy it you'll likely crave it or at least really want to drink it, so you'll drink more of it more often if you can.
