Something I did over the summer is, quite a few times, walk by my town's local gym carrying McDonald's completely shirtless.
Just putting my fat body on display for the world as I see these fit people go in to work out.
Gave me such a rush. Maybe I was their motivation for going hard at the gym
. Which is fine, more fast food pleasure for me.
