Feeder/Feedee

Some feedees have told me they get frustrated sometimes...they'll get so full that they can't eat another bite, but want to eat more anyway. It can be frustrating.

Has this happened to you? More often now that you've gained? Or less?

This happens to me all the time. My capacity has been a constant obstacle to my gaining. I used to think it was appetite. Finally found an appetite stimulant that works for me, but I get full even if I stay hungry. Its been hard.

Maybe they could trying taking a break?

I find sometimes I can eat a largish meal, feel stuffed but then want to eat something else a short while later.

Same goes for an AYCE buffet, just taking a few minutes to let food settle can make me able to eat more food.

yeah I get that a lot! I don't have all that much capacity so I'm often full even though I would love to be able to eat more. that's also why I mostly do stuffing days instead of just eating one large meal- it's way easier for me to eat a lot more when I do it over the course of a whole day
