Yes, as a doctor, you can go on disability for being too fat. It would likely be related more to the osteoarthritis of the joints second to the size of the person. I currently have 4 patients ranging from 650 to 800, all under 50, all on disability with Medicare/Medicaid. It is not a walk in the park to get, but it is totally reasonable. I love the idea of immobility, but the reality is a bit different.
