What is the best drink to drink for bloating?

Probably fizzy drinks?

A famous gainer here drank Heavy Cream mixed with Grape Soda. That would give you a bloat and some gains to go with it

There is a great variety when it comes to carbonation levels of drinks these days. With so many different sodas, seltzers, and tonics I'm sure you could find something that fits your taste. I've noticed some brands that tend to constantly be more/heavily carbonated .

A very good choice. It is one of my favorite sodas.
