Maxing out gaining for a few days

I've got a few days free, so wanted to experiment and see how much I could gain within a short amount of time. Kind of like a challenge? If you could call it that. Was just wondering if anyone knew the best way to go about doing this?


What is your current capacity? Do you have any barriers that will make an all-day stuffing difficult? Any dietary restrictions?

Don't forget that eating is a pleasure! If you don't eat at home I would recommend making lots of sandwiches or trying new restaurants (if your wallet allows it).

It's only a matter of time before your stomach gets bigger.

My current capacity is pretty normal (unfortunately). I can polish off a medium-sized, veggie pizza with some effort. It really depends on the kind of food. Instant ramen digests fast, so do drinks.

I feel lucky to say I have no dietary restrictions.

As for the difficulty bit, I'll be walking around a lot and I won't have an allotted time to eat, so I'll mostly be eating on-the-go. The times I can see myself actually being able to sit down for a meal are early morning or late evening.


Reading back on this, it doesn't look like my plans are in my favor. 😅


Don't binge on instant ramen or anything else that's high in sodium. You'll feel gross, bloated, and swollen if you do.

I don't think you'll be able to gain much (if at all) in these circumstances, but you can at least prevent weight loss.

Get you a large stash of snacks - anything you like - and eat them throughout the day. If you can stop for lunch, get something that is cheap and high in calories. Also, get a bunch of sports drinks to have while you are out.
