allow yourself indulge, and as you do so your appetite will increase then indulge that appetite which will increase your capacity. Keep in mind that consistency will give longer and stronger results, it’s a marathon not a sprint.

Also keep hydrated and make sure you’re getting enough nutrients, I drink like a gallon of water a day and take a multivitamin

Any tips for a new gainer

Set a base amount of calories to consume..I choose 2500. I get to 2500 usualy by consuming heavy cream alone...then anything after that is excess and leads to weight gain...i aim for 5000 calories a day which gives me a 3 to 4 pound gain every week. Ive a fast metabolism
