Doctors advise gaining about 1 or 2 lbs (approximately 0.5 kg and 1 kg, respectively) weekly. If you keep gaining at this rate for an entire year, you gain about 52 to 104 lbs (23.5 - 47 kg) in a year.
You've been gaining about 10 lbs a month for two months. That's about double the rate doctors recommend. Plus, let's not forget the bigger you get, the more calories it takes to grow. So, realistically speaking, it's impossible for you to gain large amounts of weight consistently for an extended period of time without making yourself sick.
You need to take breaks and need more than a week to recover. I'd also recommend you reassess your weight gain strategy. If you keep doing things this way, you will make yourself too sick to gain much more than you've already gained.
