Ex Jock:
About 40 lbs. it’s honestly surprising and a little concerning how much I don’t miss the old bod, and how much my “limit” or “wouldn’t mind looking like that” has increased. From ‘strictly feeder’ and never would gain, to a letting myself go a bit, go turning into legit gainer.

You look way better, that's why haha

I used to do a sport that required me to stay very light and skinny. I quit one year ago and have been gaining since. In the beginning its almost a new feeling every day because of the changes. For me it was a huge change just to feel a belly. When i was really skinny i never felt i had anything at my stomach area. Especially wearing clothes. Know i feel more like a stuffed sausage if it makes any sense

I get you. I come from a family of fat people so I’ve been obsessed with eating very little w a lot of cardio. Then college started and I didn’t have the convenience of low calorie foods. They were still available but off campus. One month into the college fast food diet and I had gained the freshman 15. One single month into college I gained 15 pounds. 20 after 2 more weeks. Really insecure about it but the waves of “eat everything you see then enjoy your bloated image on the mirror” just comes and goes unexpectedly and I gain a lot during that time.

I started off pretty thin. About 140ish. I wouldn't say athletic though. I'm now 213 as of this morning. I was a little higher but had a couple months of life being too hectic for gaining. I've gain about 70lbs in the last 10 months or so. It was difficult to gain at first. I barely ate when I was skinny. So it took a bit to get used to eating more. I used to feel pretty crappy after eating so much. But now I can just keep eating. Heavy cream helped a lot too.

I definitely like being bigger. I don't feel like I have the body of a 12 year old anymore. I can't wait to keep going. About 300 is my goal. smiley

I was a cheerleader until I graduated college, and stayed between 90 and 100 pounds until March of 2020. Since then, I've put on over 100 pounds.

Most of the time, I absolutely love how big I've gotten. I was lucky in that I moved during COVID and haven't really seen anyone since I gained, so the only people who don't still picture me as a twig are my family who I've only really seen for funerals, and I haven't had any comments on my weight.

Sometimes I do miss some of my athletic abilities, but this is more fun tbh.

I put on over 100 lbs in college. In lots of ways I don't feel any different. Like if I'm just sitting about I'm not that conscious of my weight, but it's more noticeable when I move. I feel it in how my clothes never quite seem to fit right and I get out of breath if I go too fast. I used to be able to easily run 5 k, but not anymore. It's a big change, but I'm ok with it and who I am.

I put on more than 60lbs since the mid of covid. I was an athlete who did competitive sports but also a bit chubby at the time. Over covid i had a reason to stop and i still had the stomach of an athlete so it slowly crept up. Had a massive gain over 1st semester of college where i was practically all alone. Found a feeder online and blew up

Just six months ago I was a little gym rat. I weighed 180 pounds, but a lot of it was muscle. I had minor health problems and stopped exercising. First, I lost weight, lost muscle mass, and since the end of June I have been actively gaining weight - slowly so far - from 172 to 195 🙂. I'm really lazy, I eat a lot of sweets, I love it and I don't miss exercise. I tried to do some crunches a few days ago. Seven months ago I was giving 150-200 in training, now 7 🙂🙂. I don't even want to walk up the stairs anymore. I'm getting out of shape and it's starting to excite me. My first goal is 220 and then I'll see. My figure is now average rather than fat, but I personally see more significant changes.

*raises hand*

I went from 140 to 400+

It didn’t happen over a short period of time by any means so I def grew into having a bigger body but things have gotten more difficult things that would have been nothing like putting on socks and pants have me breathing heavier than when I used to run gassers. I can’t hoist my body up anymore, I remember climbing rope at my gym couldn’t do that now. ‘Running’ for me now used to be a light walk.

I’m getting to heavy for some equipment max weights
