I have been stuck in a plateau for ages and have been struggling to keep above 305lbs. So I thought I should try drinking heavy cream and wanted to share my novice basic recipe 😀
500g - Heavy cream
160ml - Semi skimmed milk
200g - Vanilla ice cream
60g (3 spoons) - Nesquick chocolate milkshake mix (other brands available)
= 2180 calories
Not the most calorific I know, but this is my first try at this and was not sure if I could handle this much dairy.
I had this three times last week and the same this week and I have to say, my fat is starting to feel super squishy.
I definitely feel larger, especially on my belly and moobs. I haven’t noticed a big change on the scale yet, but I know it’s coming!
Having a few days off helps me digest all the fat, so I am going to do the same thing next week and see what other changes it brings!
