Ace Of Spadez:
So recently I’ve noticed while doing cardio I get super turned on now. Literally everything is jiggling and tight. It doesn’t help that my nipples are super sensitive too plus my ass eats my boxers giving me a wedgie. Being out of breath turns me on too. Like the struggles due to my growth turns me on.
It’s like this fetish is moving into other areas of my life and it’s hard to ignore. Balancing with this fetish is kinda difficult.
I wanna be healthy and strong but I also want my ass to crush a sofa and for my tits to outgrow a D cup bra.
Does anyone know the best way to achieve this healthy/fat balance ?

"'I can only speak for health. Fat is my own challenge. Choose only foods and drinks which cause no physical harm, and eat plenty. Sucrose, high fructose corn syrup, refined grains, preserved meats, pesticide-covered foods, vegetable- and seed-oils cause harm in any amount. Legumes cause harm in excess due to antinutrients. Exercise with poise, going low impact such as stair-walking, elliptical, body-friendly martial arts and dancing. On ground without hazards, walk barefoot with spread toes for foot-strength and balance. The classic of balancing a book on your head helps too. Best to wear loose-fitting clothes with no plastics. -Rob"
Pesticides are on most foods - even organic foods. The only way to make sure that your food has no pesticides is to grow it yourself. However, most people can't do that, and the pesticides on your produce will not harm you. Worst case scenario is that you'll have to wash and peel your produce.
Preserved meats aren't necessarily bad. It all depends on how it's been preserved. I think you have confused preserved meats with processed meats.
Vegetable and seed oils are not bad. You are thinking of hydrogenated oils. While not healthy, moderate consumption should be fine for an otherwise healthy person.
While legumes do have anti-nutrients in them, these are largely eliminated by soaking or boiling them ... stuff you should be to them anyway.
www.healthline.com/nutrition/how-to-reduce-antinutrientsExercising with poise is not helpful. You need to exercise with the correct form. You can have poise but still have the wrong form.
Loose fitting clothing isn't always good. For example, if you suffer from chafing (very common in these parts) loose fitting clothing will make it worse.
And lately, wearing clothes made out of plastic will not hurt you so long as the plastics used are non-toxic.
