I have been very turned on at the gym. I use the recumbant bike (sitting in a seat with a back, not up on a small bike seat) and the way my belly bounces back and forth in my lap is amazing. Ironically it makes me bike longer. Haha!
I also find any exercises where you lean or push yourself against a front-bench (like seated rows) I've discovered I can't reach both handles at the same time because my fat pushes me back farther. 😳🍆 The first time I had to reach right hand first, I thought I was going to start panting. Haha!
My *newest* discovery? Using a straight barbell for arm curls, when I lower it, the bar rubs and slides under the bottom of my belly. 😳🍆 I looked up at the giant mirror and saw my face of shock. *Then* the thought of anyone else noticing, too??
