You can put on some serious weight with those calorie goals. However, they are not easy to achieve.
Tell me your normal calorie intake, weight gain rate, and fitness level.
My normal calorie intake has been between 2500 and 3000 calories a day. Even with that I've gained about 10 pounds over the last 4 months. I would say my current fitness level is moderate. I work construction so I'm on my feet all day averaging around 20000 steps plus the exertion of carrying cement bags, lumber etc around the job site.
