What would make a good crisp flavour that isn't around yet?

Cool Ranch Doritos have always been a top pick for me so when they dropped flaming hot cool ranch Doritos I was super excited I’ve been content since but one thing I miss is fried chicken and waffle lays if they brought back them I’d be in hog heaven and probably weight 900 lbs lol

As hard as I try to think on that, everything that comes to mind are flavours that have already been invented lol

What would that even taste like? A Chinese buffet, like any buffet, have a lot of different flavors. I don't think all of them would pair well.
