Unintentional stuffing

Unintentional Stuffings

I’m 20M and fluctuate from 255-270 pounds (used to be 292), and due to personal (mostly external) reasons I’ve been exercising and working out every day, mostly to build muscle since I don’t want to be a stick even if I am working out.

Now I do eat a little healthier but I tend to just not eat as much, at the end of the day I’m not going to give up good tasting food just for faster weight loss, if I could or was convinced I’d keep gaining lol.

Now I haven’t intentionally stuffed myself for a long time, but I noticed that even though I eat way less than I used to, I sometimes subconsciously just eat a ton of food without realizing it due to me never feeling full and it is super hot.

For example yesterday I was doing a lot out of the house with different people. In the morning I was coaxed into going to breakfast and ate a good thousand calories of French toast, eggs, and bacon (soda too) but didn’t think anything of it since I rarely go to breakfast. However only a couple hours later I normally make lunch around that time so even though I just ate and was eating snacks that were laying around (for context I tend to keep a lot of family and party sized bags of chips and other candy around), I ended up making a full lunch.

However as I sat down to eat a friend invited me to lunch that I hadn’t seen in a while, so I ate my food quickly and snacked on some leftover snacks until I left.

We just went to a McDonald’s but even my normal meal is still a good bit of calories.

So halfway through the day I had already eaten over 3500 calories, and even though I didn’t know it that was only half of what I would eat.

It’s near the holidays so my family has been hanging out a lot more and I was invited to dinner that night for steak, chips, to play games, etc. and when I say my family cooks, they make a ton of food. If you could guess I didn’t stop eating snacks throughout the day due to being distracted, you could imagine how much I ate just playing games and having fun with family. After all the snacks, appetizers, dinner (and dessert since who can say no to that) I had easily eaten over 6000 calories that day. I finally realized I was kind of full which I hadn’t experienced in a while, so I ended up going home. Maybe my subconscious mind is still a gainer because until I passed out I was just continuing to eat snacks, ice cream, and candy. I put in a lot of practice when I was gaining to not even notice me eating when watching movies, so even though I’m not intentionally gaining or stuffing, I still have those tendencies. It wasn’t until I woke up that I even noticed how much I had eaten the next day due to the still full feeling I had when I woke up.

Has any one who used to be a past gainer or feeder had an experience like this, and if so, what was your story like for that day.

Sounds like you still want to stuff yourself. You say you stopped due to external reasons - not internal ones. If that's the case, you're repressing your true desires.

If I may be so bold, what are your reasons?

Completely understandable. Some advice. Find you happy medium between enjoying your kink and enjoying your life. If you try to repress it, you'll end up in a cycle between giving in and trying to repress it again.

Yeah it is just difficult to find that happy medium, especially when I really want to give in and gain a lot. I’ll always be missing out on something

I think there’s some people who are gluttonous and can’t help it and either have to repress it or embrace it, I chose to embrace it clearly lol it would have been really really hard to repress it. Even among other feedees/gainers there’s people who aren’t as naturally gluttonous and I find it interesting af

Yeah, that is weird, and I find myself easily able to eat a ton without even thinking about it. Even before I did my initial gain a while ago, I was always able to eat a lot without much of a hassle, food is just so good.
