Gonna sterilize my whole mouth. Sure, I'll probably destroy it, but you can't get cavities if you don't have a mouth left.

My girlfriend was surprise when she visited dietician once.
She calculated that my girlfriend is consuming around 8-10k calories per day when she should no more than 2.5k
My girlfriend really was in shock. She was really angry that the dietician is lying that she is eating too much and that her eating habits are not the healthiest 🙈

Interesting. Was she in denial or what the dietician wrong?

She was definitely in denial back then. Dietician was very right. My girlfriend realized that she gained some weight and because of that went there. But in fact she gained around 25kg already that time what she was even more in shock. But she stopped exercising and her eating habits degraded completely. You know, all day snacking, daily fast foods, sweets, cakes or sweet drinks. It all comes with really high number of calories 🙈

It’s kinda like that whitest kids you know bit where Trevor asks Timmy just about how many hot dogs he eats in a week, then it turns out he’s eating like 7 a day; kinda what I realized when I went to the dietician. Things you don’t think means much ends up adding up to a ton of calories.

I saw on Reddit that there was a guy who had gained like 45 pounds and doctors couldn’t figure it out turns out he was really addicted to tic tacs, he’d eat several boxes worth a day and thought they were zero calorie

I can understand the confusion. A serving size of Tic Tacs in one Tic Tac, The calorie count is so low it, it's nearly 0. However, if you are eating extremely large amounts over time, it adds up.

Really is no one food that makes you gain other than heavy cream.
Water and soda do nothing really because you pee 90% of it out anyway..
