Just recently I have also noticed that some of my older clothes are seriously getting more and more smaller on me. Some don't even fit on anymore. Jeans bought two years ago: gone. Shorts from last year: gone. Multiple t-shirts: all gone! And some of my training/sports clothes are completely different story...

My daily reminder is how people near me get concerned about how hard I breathe and often refers to it as “grunting or moaning” And sometimes wheezing. I always have to remind them that I’m okay it’s just how I breathe.

Now that it's summer and weather is fairly hot, I have noticed that I get sweaty a lot more easily than I used to do. Of course there could be lots of different reasons for this, but I guess the main one is weight.
