I have had this fantasy of being fattened by female feeder without me knowing it at first.
So basically this woman would give me appetite stimulants to make me hungry by putting them in my food.

Feeder would give these drugs without me knowing or having any idea.
After I would have started to gain weight really well or gained weight big amount she would be more open about me being fattened up.
