I like doughy or dough

My Uncle uses the term wide as a barn door.

I was partial to "well-fed"

I'd say soft or doughy would be among my faves!

That said, my absolute favorite one is anything similar to "like a blimp", especially if it's after a big meal!

Some people have an objection to the word "obese" or the descriptor "morbidly obese", but I've always loved them. To me, it's the differentiation between being a big girl and being comparatively larger than the vast majority of people. I'm currently about 571, and I'm short, so I value the morbidly obese designation. A lot of calories went into this body to earn it!

I didn't see anyone using the term zaftig.
I have a theory, that when the cartoonist Thomas Nast, started showing the Robber Barons as super fat, in the 19th century, I think that started some of the prejudice against being fat.
